Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Bagged Best-Presented Annual Report Award 2020

Kathmandu, Sept 7 . –Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited (BNTL) has been awarded the first position for the Best Presented Annual Report (BPA) 2020 under General Sector (Others) category in an event organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). The award is given to BNTL for its outstanding presentation, detailed disclosure & transparency of information presented in the annual accounts for the fiscal year 2076/77.

Bottlers Nepal Ltd (BNL) had also been recognized as the 1st Runner-up by ICAN in the same category last year.

Corporate governance and compliance are something that BNTL has inherited as its DNA from its internal process and proven system. BNTL believes that it is critical to build trust with all the stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and shareholders. The BPA Award for 2020 is a testimony of the corporate governance and compliance practices followed each year by both BNL & BNTL.

The award was presented by Honorable CA Madan Sharma, President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) to Mr. Rajeev Tandon, Country Finance Manager and Mr. Ashok Mandal, Finance Controller of Bottlers Nepal Limited on August 29, 2021 at a function held by ICAN.
