Kathmandu, Aug 9. Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited has resolved to provide 36% (Thirty Six Percent) Bonus Share and 1.89474% cash dividend (to meet the tax liability for bonus share) .
Today 94th Board meeting held on 9th August 2018 has resolved to provide 36% (Thirty Six Percent) Bonus Share and 1.89474% cash dividend (to meet the tax liability for bonus share) on paid up capital of Rs. 1, 33,46,77,500/- from profits of fiscal year 2073/74 subject to approval from Beema Samiti and upcoming 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
