The peace of mind is essential for human beings to realize the importance of life. Peace has to come from within. In order to reconnect with peaceful and content feelings, one has to reach inward and rediscover that place of centeredness. Spirituality deals with enlightening one’s thoughts, emotions and intrinsic tendencies. It is the most evolved and comprehensive science of psychological, sociological and moral development and overall progress.

Spirituality has many definitions, but at its core spirituality helps to give your life context. It’s not necessarily connected to a specific belief system. It comes from your connection with yourself and with others, the development of your personal value system, and your search for meaning in life.

Spirituality is union between self and universe and it is a level of awareness which brings joy, love, happiness, compassion, forgiveness, kindness and calm. Spirituality holds the purity of soul and keeps above arrogance, greed and other undue inhuman ambitions.

Spirituality makes our lives meaningful. Spirituality can be found through exploring our inner selves, looking for connections with the natural world or by losing ourselves in self-expression. It gives us clues on how to act, react, and conduct ourselves in the midst of any situation. It makes us appreciate everything around you. It moves you to go beyond our comfort zone and reach out to other people and become stewards of all other things around us.

Spirituality is the need of the hour to bring a change to the miserable condition of the world and strengthen the will-power of the people to fight what comes their way. The needs of the body are recognized but placed under the needs of the spirit. Beliefs, values, morality, rules, experiences and good works provide the blueprint to ensure the growth of the spiritual being.

Happiness can be defined as a state of mind free from anger, sorrow and fear that wealth cannot purchase. While we practice keeping our body healthy and happy, our emotions and energy balanced, our mind clear and sharp. Spirituality gives altruistic touch and prudent directions to both so that scientific and materialistic progress guided by spirituality would lead to a holistic growth whose benefits will enrich the whole of humanity.

Spirituality believes that there is a higher power, something much bigger and better that influence the aura of our being. The impact of this power has the capacity to change our vision in which we perceive the world.

Spirituality is nurtured by your relationships with others. It is essential to foster relationships with the people who are important to you. This can lead to a deepened sense of your place in life and in the greater good. Spirituality reflects the social dimension of human nature. Human beings naturally desire to be with one another to gather with other people who share one’s desire to work with others to fulfill the dreams of our community.

Spirituality is the result of applying the values and principles that all religions talk about.  Spirituality is one’s journey into the realm of spirit, which is one of our important dimensions. All great religions refer to this spirit. In today’s world, spirituality is one way in which we can release the negative energies and enhance our positive aura. Positivity within can influence others and bring a change to the world. [email protected]
