Kathmandu, Jan 13. NMB Bank organized its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) under the chairmanship of Mr. Pawan Kumar Golyan, on January 13, 2021 at the Bank’s office premises in Krishna Tower, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. As a safety measure against Covid-19, digital the Bank limited the number of attendees and opted for digital streaming of the AGM for the investors.
The AGM decided to distribute 13% bonus share and 3.2% cash dividend for tax provision from its profit of fiscal year 2076-77 and approved the increment of the authorized capital of the Bank from current NPR. 16 Billion to NPR. 20 Billion.
