Kathmandu, Jan 2 . More than 26,000 civil servants have registered their profile online for the adjustment as per the new rule.
Under Secretary at the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration, Anita Niraula, informed that 26,130 civil servants have filled up the online form for their adjustment in federal, provincial and local levels in line with recent Civil Servants Adjustment Ordinance.
The government had sought the registration by its employees from all three tiers of governments from December 26.
For the adjustment, the government has set up a help desk in all ministries, bodies, commissions, committees and local levels. Among those employees filling up the forms, the qualified ones as per the Ordinance would be picked for adjustment, adds Undersecretary Niraula.
