Kathmandu, Nov 13. Sanima Bank Limited has successfully concludedits 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) onFriday, November 13, 2020.
Due to Covid-19,Nepal government had restricted mass gathering at event. Hence, limited numbers of shareholders were physically present in the meeting.However for the maximum participation of shareholders, the meeting was also conducted virtually.
Under the chairmanship of Mr. Binaya Kumar Shrestha, AGM has approved to provide 10%bonus share and 3.60%Cash Dividend.
In FY 2076/77, Sanima has earned Net Profit of NPR 1.78 billion with Total Deposits and Net Loans & Advances of NPR 110.10 billion and NPR. 93.69 billion respectively along with Total Assets size of 126.31 billion. In comparison to FY 2075/76, Total Deposits, Loans& Advances and Total Assets were increased by 19.30%, 12.29% and 15.81% respectively.
Sanima Bank is providing banking services from 83 full-fledged branches, 16 extension counters and 81 ATM networks across all 7 provinces.
