Kathmandu, August 25. With the motive to provide a learning opportunity, foster networking and boost personal growth; Glocal Pvt. Ltd is organizing a “Online Self-Competency Workshop” for the 20 under 20 & Finalists of Glocal Teen Hero, 2021.
The selected teenagers got an opportunity to interact with Mr. Saurabh Jyoti, Director of Jyoti Group. Mr. Jyoti shared initiating a project can only be effective, if it is sustainable. He gave ideas about ways to make their business and project sustainable.
He highlighted three major components required to step up in our future journey. He shared Networking, is the most important thing in today’s competitive world. Teenagers need to create good networking with corporate and social leaders, and bring larger impact with their guidance and support.
The next important thing required is Technology. He shared one needs to have good digital footprint to impact larger people. And lastly, one need to have a larger picture, set their goals accordingly, have a growth mindset and fore sighting vision.
Mr. Jyoti really inspired the teenagers during the interaction session. Award gala ceremony of the Wai Wai Glocal Teen Hero Nepal will be held virtually on 1st of September, 2021 in the presence of different personalities of Nepal from different sectors such as diplomats, politicians, academia, film stars, entrepreneurs, youth leaders and many more.
