Kathmandu, Dec 10. Kedar Bahadur Adhikari has been appointed the Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Population.
Prior to this, Adhikari was serving as the Secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. He assumed his office today.
