Online service in Land Revenue Offices being expanded

Kathmandu, July 5 . The Ministry of Land Reform, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation (MoLRCPA) has launched online services in various 66 offices.
The Ministry aims to achieve good-governance in land administration through online services implemented in all Land Revenue Offices and Office of Land Revenue Offices across the country.
Transactions such as transfer of the land ownership certificate, land registration, blocking and release of land among others could be carried out through this safe and reliable service.
Furthermore, the data on land recorded online were kept safe in the Centre in case the papers relating to land administration become damaged.
Ministry of MoLRCPA has planned to expand online services in other offices in future. This system introduced to streamline the transactions in the Land Revenue Offices in revenue collection besides facilitating the service seekers, according to MoLRCPA Secretary, Gopinath Mainali.
