Budget should maintain equality: NC leader Giri

Kathmandu, May 14 . Nepali Congress leader Pradeep Giri has said that development and prosperity would be limited only in slogan if the policies and programmes as well as budget, appropriate for the country, are not brought.
Taking part in the discussion on the principles and priorities of appropriation bill in today’s meeting of the House of Representatives, leader Giri said, “An alternative of the current economic policy should be adopted to make self-dependent economy.
The budget maintaining equality should be made, not only increasing economic growth rate.”
Similarly, Nepal Communist Party lawmaker Tulasi Thapa requested all to support the policies and programmes as it has incorporated contemporary issues of the country.
