President Bhandari presents government policy and progrmame(with Full Statement)

Kathmandu, May 3 . President Bidya Devi Bhandari presented the government’s policy and programme for the fiscal year 2076/77 BS (2019-2020) before a joint session of the Federal Parliament today. The Federal Parliament consists of the House of Representatives remaining as the Lower House and the National Assembly which serves as the Upper House.
