‘Employee adjustment accomplished successfully’

Ranjha, April 25 . Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration, Lalbabu Pandit, asserted that the government had successfully accomplished the adjustment of employees.
At a discussion programme organized by Civil servants’ trade union Banke chapter here Thursday, Minister Pandit said adjustment of government employees was one of the important parts of the implementation of federalism. If there were any grudges, these could be addressed through discussion, he said, urging the civil servants go to any offices the government assigns.
The Minister however said the employees dissatisfied with the adjustment had the complaints but full of personal inhibition. This too would be addressed, he added. According to him, the genuine complaints would be addressed by the complaint hearing committee.
