Aftershock of Gorkha earthquake
Kathmandu, April 24 . An earthquake jolted the central region of the country including Kathmandu this morning. The aftershock of the 2015 Gorkha earthquake measured 5.2 in the Richter scale with its epicenter around Naubise of Dhading district, according to Deputy Head of the Seismological Centre, Mukunda Bhattarai.
The quake occurred at 6.29 am. So far more than 500 aftershocks measuring above 4 in the Richter scale have occurred since the April 25 earthquake, according to the Centre.
