Public-Private Partnership and Investment Bill certified

Kathmandu, March 27. President Bidya Devi Bhandari today certified three bills passed by both houses of Federal Parliament.
The bills are—Public-Private Partnership and Investment Bill-2075, Bill designed to amend Special Economic Zone Act-2073 and Bill designed to amend and integrate laws related to Foreign Investment and Technology Transfer-2075.
President Bhandari certified the bills in accordance with Article 113 (2) of constitution, according to the Office of the President.
