Nepal already in prosperity journey: PM Oli
Kavrepalanchowk, Feb 13 . Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said the government has already begun the journey towards prosperity. “We’ve clear policy and programmes that are oriented towards prosperity,” he asserted.
Inaugurating a building of the Hester Bioscience Nepal set up jointly by Golchha Organization and the Hester Bioscience India at Shera of Banepa Municipality-3 on Wednesday, PM Oli said, “We are the two-thirds majority, so we’re fully aware what to do for the country.”
The PM argued that Nepal has favourable climate for investment. So, anyone, any company from across the globe can invest here, he said, adding that government does mediation if any problem surfaces.
The establishment of industry, as he said, has signaled that Nepal has moved towards technology based on the national need. He further said he was happy to see such industry in Nepal. The PM wished best for the industry that produces vaccines for livestock. “The industry based on new technology creates jobs,” he hoped.
Finance Minister Dr Yubaraj Bhushal also argued that the environment for investment has been accessible and convenient to the private sectors. Finding example in other country is difficult, he said, adding that industrial policy still needs reform to ensure investment environment. The establishment of industry is a solid response to those who are saying there is no environment for investment, the Minister emphasized.
On the occasion, FNCCI Chairperson Bhawani Rana suggested the government that it created integrated tax system so that investment environment would be made.
Executive Director at Golchha Organization, Shekhar Golchha, informed that the industry was producing the vaccine needed for chicken and domestic animal applying modern technology. The industry so far has exported 20 million doses of vaccine, he added.
