‘Pokhara international airport will operate before the stated date’

Pokhara, Dec 14 . Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Rabindra Adhikari has claimed that the construction of Pokhara International Airport would be completed before the stipulated date.
Inaugurating the third Kahun Dharahara Festival organized by Janakalyan Club at Kahundanda of Pokhara today, he said the airport construction works have been intensified so that the airport would come into operation from early 2021.
With the completion of construction and subsequent operation of the airport, the in-flow of diverse tourists would go up, he said, urging entrepreneurs to develop necessary physical infrastructure by carrying out feasibility study. RSS
