Changu Narayan Municipality announces public holiday on Ekadashi

Bhaktapu, Nov 18 . The Changu Narayan Municipality has announced a public holiday on the occasion of Haribodhani Ekadashi festival on Monday. The municipality has decided to call a closer of schools, colleges and government offices in the municipality area.

Municipality Mayor Som Mishra said that they decided to announce the holiday as the world heritage enlisted Chagunarayn Temple, temple of lord Bishnu is situated there and a big fair is organized on the day.

The temple is considered one of the oldest Narayan Temples among the four Narayan Temples in the capital.
