Minister’s car meets with accident, three hurt

Dhangadhi, Nov 10 . The Scorpio jeep used by a Far-west Province government minister met with an accident in Kailali last night, injuring three people. The accident took place at Badaipur road section.
The jeep (Ba 2 Jha 3125) is used by provincial government minister for social development, Dirgha Bahadur Sodari. The provincial minister was not in the jeep.
Those who sustained injuries in the mishap include the jeep driver Dhojendra Bahadur Shahi of Godavari municipality, Shahi’s niece Ayushma Shahi, 10, and a motorcyclist Surendra Chand of Gauriganga municipality.
Police said the motorcycle (Se 3 Pa 2420) Chand was riding and the jeep collided, resulting in the fatality. Chand, who sustained serious injuries in the incident, was taken to the Maya Metro Hospital in Dhangadhi which has referred him to Kathmandu for advanced medical treatment. The condition of the remaining two victims is said to be normal. RSS
