Simplified form comes into effect in 34 districts
Kathmandu, Oct 10. The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperative and Poverty Alleviation has brought into effect a simplified form at its subordinating land reform and land revenue offices in 34 districts.
The new forms were introduced to manage inventory of the service seekers at the land revenue office, reduce involvement of middlemen in land transactions and maintain transparency of transactions in this sector.
The enforcement of new form in 34 districts will contribute to make transactions of 60 percent land of the country well-managed. It has come into effect first from the Land Reforms and Land Revenue Office based in Lalitpur district.
