QATAR AIRWAYS CELEBRATES AGENTS AWARD NIGHT 2017 – 2018

Kathmandu, Aug 28. Qatar Airways Agents Award Night 2017 – 2018 was held at Radisson Hotel on Monday evening. The event was witnessed by Qatar Airways travel trade partners, Dignitaries, Senior Manager Indian Sub-Continent Mr Naveen Chawla and CAAN &TIA members, Miss Nepal’s 2018 among others were present here to celebrate this big night followed by a lavish dinner.
A total of four trophies were given and 16 appreciation certificates in various categories by Qatar Airways Country Manager Mr. Jay Prakash Nair and Senior Manager Indian Sub-Continent Mr Naveen Chawla.

The top 4 trade partners were awarded at the event , The prestigious Platinum Award 2017-2018 was bagged by Osho World Travel Nepal, Sumegh Tour and Travels -Gold award 2017-2018, Yeti Travels-Silver Award 2017-2018, Sea Links Travel and Tour -Burgundy Award 2017-2018
A new category of award was introduced this year for Best Performance in Leisure and MICE agents for 2017 – 2018 which was won by Zenith Experience Travel Service and Regency Nepal. The Airline also appreciated the travel agencies and recognized Society Travel as most promising agency 217-2018,Higest ATV 2017-2018 contributor was bagged by Jaya Travels, Best Premium 2017-2018 was awarded to Yeti Travels PVT.LTD
The event also highlighted the additional wide body A330 Flight From Nepal. The additional frequency will be served by an Airbus A330, starting 2 September. The added flight will accommodate passengers travelling to Nepal for its annual festival season, which features many large parades and outdoor fairs offering traditional Nepalese music and a colourful atmosphere.
