CIB arrests 13 NCC staffs after raid

Kathmandu, March 16. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police today raided the central office of Nepal Credit and Commerce (NCC) Bank Limited based in Kamaladi and took 13 staffs under control from there.
CIB Spokesman and Superintendent of Police Jeevan Kumar Shrestha confirmed the arrests of 13 NCC bank employees from its headquarters.
As stated by him to the RSS, the move followed the information about their involvement in irregularities in loan disbursement while the merging process between the then Apex Development Bank and NCC Bank was underway. The information to this end was given the central bank (Nepal Rastra Bank).
