FSPN to join the government

Kathmandu, March 6. The Federal Socialist Forum Nepal has decided to join the present government.
The meeting today of the party endorsed the proposal to join the government after concluding that the government had owned the issue of constitution amendment, according to FSFN Co-Chair Rajendra Shrestha.
The party has also concluded that the current development was a political success as a result of the long struggle made by the party for amendment to the constitution.
Deliberations however continue over the matters of government’s policy and programmes and about division of portfolios in the cabinet, Shrestha said.
The FSFN has 17 members in the House of Representatives.
