Chief Minister-elect Rai to take oath today

Morang, Feb 15. Province-1 chief minister-elect Sherdhan Rai is taking oath of office and secrecy today.

Preparation is underway to administer oath of office at Birendra Conference Hall in Biratnagar at 3.00 pm today, said the Office of Province Chief.

Province-1 Chief Dr Govinda Bahadur Tumbahang on Wednesday had handed over an appointment letter of Chief Minister to Rai.

Chief Minister Rai is prepared to form a small size Province Council of Ministers after swearing-in ceremony today.

Province Chief Tumbahang will administer oath of office to chief minister-elect Rai.
