Prudential Insurance to distribute bonus share

The 14th AGM of Prudential Insurance Company, a non-life insurance company, has decided to distribute 10 percent bonus share to its shareholders. The program was held on Thursday, June 16 that approved the annual report and the proposal submitted by company’s chairperson Birendra Kumar Sanghai.
According to the chairman, “‘The company has earned NRs. 780 million premium, 33% higher than last year’s, in current year.” After the issuance of bonus share, the total paid up capital of company will reach 350 million. Furthermore, during AGM including the chairman, Shrawan Kumar Agrawal, Amit Agrawal, and Bishal Agrawal were nominated as directors from voting. Similarly, once again Birendra Kumar Sanghai was re-elected as chairperson.
