NCC Bank to give 16% bonus share
Kathmandu March 14- 18th AGM of Nepal Credit and Commerce (NCC) Bank Ltd has endorsed the proposal to distribute 16% bonus share and 0.84% cash dividend among its shareholders. After distribution of bonus share, paid up capital of the bank will amounted to Rs. 2 billion 353 million 176 thousands.
Laxmi Prapanna Niraula, Convener of Management committee of bank enlightened the fact that deposit collection of the bank had increased by 19.77% to Rs. 26 billion 660 million and loan investment increased by 19.98% to Rs. 21 billion 440 million in till Asad 2072 in compare to FY 070/71.
NCC Bank came under management of NRB from 2070 Magh 21. Presently, bank is in merger process with Kumari Bank, Infrastructure Bank, Apex Development Bank, Supreme Development Bank, and International Development bank. Bank envisioned giving 15 to 20% return to shareholders once the combined "A" level Bank commence its operation from next FY.
Bank provides its services from 24 branches nationwide and has extended its ATM in 30 locations.
