Api Power to distribute 200% right shares

Kathmandu March 13- Api Power Company to offer 1:2 i.e. 200% right shares to its existing shareholders. Company has called in special AGM on April 9 to issue right shares.
Present Rs. 1 billion paid up capital will reach up to Rs. 3 billion after distribution of bonus share.
Company has decided to construct 8 MW upper Naugadh Hydropower project and 40 MW to upper Chamelia and buy majority shares of 75 MW Siddhakali Power Company.
