Agricultural Development Bank proposed 15% bonus share and 50% right shares

Kathmandu March 13- BOD meeting of Agricultural Development bank has proposed 15% bonus share and issue 50% i.e. 2: 1 right shares to its shareholders.
The proposal is subjected to approval from NRB and forthcoming bank's AGM. Paid up capital of the bank will reach up to Rs. 6 billion if the proposed bonus share and right shares are distributed to its shareholders.
Bank's net profit in second quarter has decreased by 27.50% to Rs. 387.5 million. Similarly, bank has collected Rs. 82 billion 540 million deposit while lending Rs. 67 billion 570 million loan and advance.
