Kumari Bank AGM endorsed 11% bonus share

Kathmandu March 11- 15th AGM of Kumari Bank endorsed 11% bonus share and 0.58% cash dividend for its shareholders. Chairman of BOD Santosh Kumar Lama presented yearly report of the bank.
Bank's balance sheet has taken 20.48% growth than previous FY to Rs. 37 billion 370 million. Similarly, net profit of the bank has increased by 15.55% to Rs. 394.7 million. Bank's deposit in the FY 2071/72 boosted by 21.19% to Rs. 33 billion 420 million and loan by 18. 69% to Rs. 27 billion 70 million. Bad debt of the bank has decreased by 4.03% to 2.49% and bank has paid Rs. 173.7 million to government as institutional tax.
Right now, bank is serving its customers through 36 branches, 2 extension counter and 46 ATM.
