Premier to float 650 thousands units of FPO
Kathmandu March 6- A proposal is being forward to issue FPO of 650 thousands units of shares by Premier Insurance in its forthcoming AGM helding in March 30 in order to raise paid up capital.
Company is floating FPO to re-proportion its promoters and general shareholder from 60:40 to 51:49. Company is distributing 30% bonus share from the profit of Rs. 143 million 198 thousands earned in previous FY. The present paid up capital of Rs. 287.5 million will reach Rs. 370 million after the issue.
Book close of company will take place from March 17 to March 30 for the purpose of AGM.
