Kanchanpur collected Rs. 140 million revenue in 7 months

Kathmandu March 3- Kanchanpur customs office has achieved its annual target of Rs. 147.7 million in nearly 8 months. Custom office expects to collect additional Rs. 60 million custom revenue till the end of this fiscal.
Kanchanpur custom used to take annual target of Rs. 45 million till few years back which has increased by 3 times in recent years. Custom office has magnificently reduced revenue spill as well as improved its overall system. Similarly, it checks by-passers in the checkpoint vigorously which have affected its revenue collection.
