Co-operatives and Private firms prohibited from stock investment

Kathmandu March 1- Co-operatives and private firms have been restricted from investment in stocks of different companies. If any co-operatives or private firms have acquired such stocks, it has to be sold within 1 year.
Earlier, though private companies and various organizations were bounded by certain rules and regulations, investment have no boundaries. But as per the recent company directives 2072 implemented by company registrar office, private companies and firms are barred from becoming founder bodies of any organization.
