Right share issuance of Prabhu Bank

Kathmandu February 29- Prabhu Bank is issuing 20% right shares to its shareholders. Bank is issuing 5:1 right shares to shareholders prior to merger of Grand Bank.
Bank is issuing 6 million 417 thousands 770 units right shares priced Rs. 100. Bank has informed that shareholders registered before October 1 could only apply for right shares. Bank is issuing 20% right shares of then paid up capital of Rs. 3 billion 208.8 million.
Nabil investment Banking has been appointed as issue manager. Investors can apply for right shares from Nabil investment banking office Naxal as well as all branches of Prabhu bank. Commenced from Sunday, the issuance will last till April 3.
