NOC distributing bonus despite government order

Kathmandu February 29- NOC is in huge loss despite charging excess price from consumers citing government debt while price of crude oil in international market is in decreasing trend. In such scenario also, NOC is preparing to distribute bonus despite government's order to repay its Rs. 12 billion 640 million loan amount first.
Instead of repaying government debt, NOC is dumping its cash reserve in bonus account in order to grant bonus to its employees. While, PM and his cabinet of ministries as well as regulatory bodies impeded NOC to distribute bonus without paying government debt, its employees seek legal battle against the decision.
NOC employees have registered complain against the decision in high court, on which, high court have issue "reasons demonstration' order to the opponent.
