Net profit of Vijaya Microfinance increased by 92%

Kathmandu February 16- Net profit of Vijaya Microfinance in the second quarter of current FY has increased by 92.28% to Rs. 8.3 million from Rs. 4.3 million in the corresponding period of previous FY.
Deposit of the microfinance has increased by 34.67 % to Rs. 267.7 million while its loan and advance has increased by 54.12% to Rs. 308.3 million. Similarly, net interest income of the company has also increased by 61.04% to Rs. 22.5 million while its operating profit has increased by 87.21% to Rs. 12.8 million.
Microfinance has bad debt of 1.64% and risky asset of 45.19%. EPS of the microfinance is Rs. 5.98, P/E ratio of 208.86 times, net worth per share of Rs. 115.44 and liquidity ratio of 46.67%.
