Reliance Lotus Finance proposed 20% bonus share
Kathmandu February 15- Reliance Lotus Finance has proposed 20% bonus share to its shareholders along with 1.05% cash dividend for tax provision.
The proposed bonus share is subjected to approval from NRB and forthcoming AGM before it could be distributed among its shareholders.
Reliance has paid up capital of Rs. 320 million. After distribution of bonus share, its paid up capital will leap to Rs. 380 million. Company has earned Rs. 40 million net profit during last FY.
