9% bonus share of Century bank got approved, 30% right share to be issued

Kathmandu February 8- 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Century commercial bank Ltd has endorsed a proposal to issue 30% right shares. AGM has also endorsed the proposal to distribute 9% bonus share to its shareholders.
The AGM has elected Laxman Kumar Shrestha, Uma Kumari Shrestha, RajeshRaj Dali and Mahesh Kumar Agrawal as a member of board from founder members.
