Net profit of Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance boosted by 0.91%

Kathmandu February 8- Operating with paid up capital of Rs. 293.7 million, Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance's net profit has boosted by 0.91% to Rs. 22 million in the second quarter of current FY which was Rs. 21.8 million in the corresponding period of last FY.
Company has collected deposit of Rs. 1 billion 556.6 million which is 27.74% growth than the previous FY. It has invested Rs. 1 billion 444.9 million in loans and advance during the period which is 61.13% increment than the previous FY. Net interest income of the bank has increased by 51.14% to Rs. 31.7 million. Operating profit has also outgrown by 73.87% to Rs. 28.2 million.
Company has risky asset of 21.76% and bad debt of 2.29%. EPS of the company is Rs. 14.98 and P/E ratio is 12.48 times.
