Net profit of Shine Resunga increased by 44%

Kathmandu February 5- Operating with paid up capital of Rs. 800 million, net profit of Shine Resunga development Bank increased by 44.32% to Rs. 124 million in the second quarter of current FY which was Rs. 85.9 million in the corresponding period of previous FY.

Bank deposit in this review period has boosted by 20.10% to Rs. 6 billion 730.2 million from Rs. 5 billion 600 million of last year. Loan and advance of the bank got a raise of Rs. 23.25% to Rs. 6 billion 75 million. Net interest income has also increased by 19.85% to Rs. 203.2 million while operating profit has increased by 30% to Rs. 175.5 million. Bank has balance of Rs. 9 million in provision and it has recovered Rs. 19.3 million bad debts in the review period.

Bank's bad debt is of 0.34% and risky asset is of 14.98%. EPS of the bank is of Rs. 30.85, net worth per share is 130.51 and liquidity ratio is 24.23%.
