Liberty hydro to issue equity shares for public

Kathmandu February 4- Liberty energy hydropower is issuing 25% equity shares for general public. Recently held company's 6th AGM has proposed to issue equity share to general public in order to transform the company into public limited company.
Company has announced that of the total 25% equity shares, 10% of them will be distributed to locals from affected area. Company is issuing Rs. 165 million worth of equity shares to general public and remaining to public of affected area.
Company is issuing 25% equity worth of Rs. 275 million from existing paid up capital of Rs. 1 billion 100 million to general public.
