Issuance of 3 million 690 thousands right shares of Sunrise bank

Kathmandu January 25- Sunrise bank is issuing 100:15 right shares to its shareholders. Shareholders can apply for the right shares starting today till March 9. Price at Rs. 100, bank is issuing 3 million 690 thousands 473 units of right shares. The existing paid up capital of Rs.  2 billion 460 million 315 thousands will increased to Rs. 2 billion 829 million 363 thousands 300 after distribution of right shares.

Bank has informed that the shareholders who have acquired shares till January 10 are eligible for right share application. Civil capital has been appointed as issue manager and interest shareholders can apply for the right shares from all the branches of sunrise bank along with civil capital.

Bank has collected Rs. 35 billion 530 million deposit and loan invested Rs. 29 billion 911 million till date in this FY. Bank is serving its valued customers through 53 branches and 64 ATMs.
