Issuance of 672 thousand units of right shares by Srijana Finance

Kathmandu January 21- Srijana Finance is issuing 2:1 right shares priced at Rs. 100 to its shareholders from February 8.
Head office located in Biratnagar, Srijana finance is issuing 672 thousand units of right shares to tis share holders. NCM merchant banking has been appointed as issue manager to manage the right shares.
Finance has earned Rs. 3.4 million net profit in the first quarter of current fiscal year. It has paid up capital of Rs. 134.4 million. After the issuance of right shares, paid up capital will reach near Rs. 200 million.
