Goodwill finance to distribute 25% right shares

Kathmandu January 14- 21^st AGM of Goodwill finance has decided to issue 25% right shares to its shareholders. AGM of the finance has decided to issue 4:1 right shares to its shareholders.

Similarly, AGM has endorsed proposal to distribute 10.56% bonus share to its investors.

AGM held on Wednesday has appointed new board of directors. In board of directos, on behalf of promoter shareholders Rajaram Joshi, Swarga Man Singh Shrestha, JayKar Prasad Gouchan, Dillip Kumar Moonkarmi has been appointed while Prakash Sakha:, Uttam Raj Kayastha, Pashupati Bhakta Shrestha has been appointed on BOD from General investors Quota.
