16% Bonus share proposed by Nepal Credit And Commerce Bank Ltd

Kathmandu January 7- BOD meeting of Nepal Credit and Commerce Ltd has proposed distribution of 16% Bonus Shares and a Cash Dividend worth NPR 1,70,82,948 for Tax Purpose to their Shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM before it could be distributed among the shareholders.
