LIC Nepal to distribute 26% dividend

Kathmandu January 5- 78th BOD meeting of LIC insurance corporation Nepal Ltd has proposed to distribute 26% bonus share including 25% bonus share and 1.32% cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approve from the insurance regulatory body Beema Samiti and also from its forthcoming AGM.
The existing paid up capital of Rs. 855 million 562 thousands 500 will increase up to Rs. 1 billion 60 million after distribution of proposed bonus share.
