Sunrise bank started first branchless banking service from Kavre

Kathmandu January 1- Sunrise bank limited has started its first branchless banking service from Kavre, Mangaltar. Bank inaugurated its branchless banking service organizing a program in Kavre on Wednesday in order to provide banking services in the area without banks.
Dr. Dipak Prasad Bhattarai, a board of director of the bank inaugurated the branchless banking service.
In the occasion Ratna Raj Bajracharya, Chief Executive Officer of the bank highlighted the background of the bank as well as objectives behind the opening of branchless banking service in the locality.
Banking transaction i.e. saving and payment done through point of sale machine is called branchless banking service. For this, service seeker should trade through ATM cards.
