Shree investment and Everest finance to merge

Kathmandu December 28- Shree investment and finance located in Kathmandu and Everest finance located in Rupendehi are in the process of merger. Both institutions make an agreement regarding merger on Sunday.
In the agreement, Mr. Rabindra Raj Pandey Chairman of Shree investment and Dr. Gobinda Ballav Bhatta Chairman of Everest finance signed on behalf of their respective companies.
After the merger, the adhered companies' paid up capital will be Rs. 357.5 million.
