Unnati Microfinance to issue 1:1 right share

Kathmandu December 27- Unnati microfinance is issuing 1:1 right shares to its shareholders. AGM held on Saturday, December 24 has proposed to issue right share in proportion to 1:1 to its shareholders.
AGM of the microfinance took place in Rupendehi that also elected Bharat Kumar Shah, Khadka Bahadur Rana, Kusumraj Gyawali and Loknath Nepal in board committee from founder members' group for next 4 years.
Microfinance has authorized capital of Rs. 88 million and issue capital of Rs. 44 million till FY 2072/73.
