Citizen Investment fund to distribute 41% dividend

Kathmandu December 22- BOD meeting of Citizen Investment fund held on Monday has proposed to distribute 35% bonus share and 6.84% cash dividend to its shareholders. The proposal is subjected to approve from company's annual general meeting before it could be distributed among its shareholders.
At present, Citizen Investment fund has paid up capital of Rs. 450 million. Once the bonus share is distributed, its paid up capital will reach Rs. 607.5 million.
