Tourism Development bank to distribute 16% dividend

Kathmandu December 21- BOD meeting of Tourism development bank have proposed 16% bonus share and 0.8412% cash dividend to be distributed among shareholders.
The proposal is subjected to approve from NRB and forthcoming AGM of the bank after which it will be distributed to shareholders.
After distribution of bonus share, paid up capital of the bank will increase to Rs. 786.9 million.
Bank has succeeded to earn Rs. 28.6 million net profit in the current FY. Bank has bad debt of 1.79%, risky asset of 13.71%, EPS OF Rs. 16.88 and P/E ratio 15.40 times.
