Clean village to distribute 15% bonus share

Kathmandu December 21- BOD meeting of Clean village microfinance ltd has proposed to distribute 15% bonus share as well as Rs. 3million 105 thousands and 790 cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to endorse from NRB and its forthcoming AGM.
Paid up capital of the microfinance will reach Rs. 46 million from existing 40 million once the bonus share is distributed among the shareholders.
